Japandi Harmony
When the homeowners first walked through their main floor, they saw potential beyond the walls. The kitchen felt cut off, some of the rooms felt disconnected. Nothing flowed the way they dreamed it could.
We opened everything up. Walls came down between the kitchen, living room, and hallway, and suddenly light poured through spaces that had felt closed off for years. Natural materials brought their Japandi vision to life. We incorporated fluted wood panels for texture, concrete-look tiles for quiet elegance, warm wood tones glowing against crisp white walls. The staircase became a showpiece with open treads of natural wood and glass railings that let light climb gracefully upstairs.
Throughout construction, the family stayed home while we worked, maintaining clean pathways and functional spaces daily. Upstairs, two refreshed bathrooms gained new tiles, glass features, and modern fixtures that enhanced the light and sense of space.
The result is a home that breathes easily, where every detail serves both beauty and purpose.
